Jeffrey Morgan is passionate about bringing new life to urban neighborhoods with thoughtfully designed homes that are aesthetically beautiful, energy efficient and built to last. As the owner of Green Square Design | Construct, Jeff does a little bit of everything to create a home – not just a house – for Green Square’s clients. He aims to make each project a custom-fit that feels like “home” from Day 1.
Scott Rose
Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager at Green Square, Scott oversees the estimating, design, and construction teams while strategizing process improvements, managing quality assurance programs, supervising, increasing efficiencies and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Robert Cari
Construction Manager
Robert is a key point of contact for projects at Green Square. He works directly with clients, architects, subcontractors, suppliers and field employees, managing and overseeing the construction from start to finish. His background includes carpentry, as well as earning a home inspector license for the State of Indiana and a teaching license via Indiana State University in trade/industrial trades.
Renee Kelley
Office Manager
Renee is zealous about the process of making dream homes come true—from a project’s initial plans to handing clients the keys to their new home and seeing the joy on their faces.
Joshua Pfendler
Design Manager
Josh is involved in all design aspects of Green Square projects from conception through space planning, developing the aesthetics, and selecting the best materials for the project. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design.
